DUZcart Features

DUZcarts are shipped fully assembled and ready to use immediately.

STRONG & STABLE BASE

The 30 in. x 60 in. floor base is made with 10-layer Baltic birch plywood panel, plastic laminated coating on both sides, making for a safe, durable and easy cleaning.

The entire unit weighs just over 100 lbs. (47.63 kg) and has a conservative working load of 600 lbs. (272.16 kg)

Each DUZcart is equipped with four hospital-grade non-marring casters that are positioned at the far corners of the unit, allowing for easy access and increased stability.

The front two casters are equipped with swivel locking brakes to efficiently lock the cart into place prior to entry.

UNIVERSAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

The DUZcart features an anodized aluminum frame, unlike the milled aluminum used in competitors’ carts. This provides a much sturdier and cleaner structure.

The frame is constructed with bolted connections, allowing for field repairs if necessary.

Height adjustment is simple and universal with no pre-drilled stops or ratcheted locks. This allows variable height adjustment for any ceiling height without the need to fill gaps or lift the ceiling grid in order to create an airtight seal.

The patent-pending system was designed for simple, single-person deployment from inside the cart.

SECURE-FITTING NYLON FABRIC

The DUZcart's fire retardant nylon fabric is airtight, lightweight and easy to clean and maintain.

The cover drapes in the center of the unit rather than at the base, keeping the fabric from getting caught in the wheels. This keeps the DUZcart cleaner longer and the exterior looking tidy and professional to on-lookers.

The fabric is secured to the base to provide an airtight environment, providing a drastically tighter seal than Velcro used in competitor'’ carts.

The fabric is exclusively produced for DUZcart and meets NFPA 701 specifications.

Each DUZcart comes with four windows (20in. x 20in. on the short end, 20in. x 30in. on the long end) and a clear document holder.

NEGATIVE AIR CONNECTIONS

All DUZcarts are equipped with a 1 ¼ in. (3.18 cm) vacuum hose port for a connection to provide negative air.

The hose port swivels easily for end or side access and accepts to a standard 1 ¼ in. HEPA canister vacuum hose. The standard model (DZ-CRT) is built solely with this negative air connection.

The DUZcart is available with an optional 8 in Air Scrubber Intake Adaptor mounted directly to the DUZcart frame, eliminating tension on the fabric (DZ-CRT-8.)

For those looking for a fully-enclosed negative air dust containment system, the DUZcart is also available with a QuietPro vacuum (DZ-PRO.) or a ProTeam LineVacer 10 qt. HEPA vacuum (DZ-HEPA) installed on the frame of the cart.* 

The newest model in the DUZcart line of products, the DZ-SCRUBBER, comes with an X-power air scrubber built into the frame.

*HEPA rating as provided and tested by vacuum manufacturer. This unit is not to be misconstrued with a high volume air scrubber that produces higher CFM than standard vacuums
